Mid Star Home Builders is Locally Owned and Operated by Phil Blonde, Scott Saunders, and Mike Betz.
We have enjoyed many years of satisfied customers who have built
their dream homes with us. We started out with our first model center
in Coldwater, Michigan and have now added another location in Cement
City, Michigan near the intersection of US 127 and US 12 to better
serve our customers.
We pride ourselves in offering only the best overall
